Topics of exploration, psycho-education, and experiential learning will include self confidence, coping skills, leadership, friendships, relaxation, social media use, healthy body healthy mind, dealing with drama, mindfulness, and emotion regulation. Depending on the activity, campers will be broken down into age appropriate groups. There, they will be given opportunities to learn hands on techniques to help them continue to grow into the person they want to be in a way they feel good about and have fun doing. With many years of collective experience in various environments and settings, Diana and Mallory will be using their knowledge, enthusiasm, and experience to lead this one of a kind summer camp. No matter what your student is facing, this summer camp is sure to encourage, challenge, grow, engage, and empower them in a way that will be long lasting and meaningful.
