She received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology as well as Fine Arts from Juniata College. She received her first Master’s degree in Psychology from Millersville University and a second Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) where she also received her Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Coulson-Brown has experience working in a variety of treatment delivery methods including Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services, Family Based Services, Family Preservation Services, Residential Behavioral Health Treatment, Inpatient Hospitalization for Adults, Adolescents, and Children as well as Outpatient Services. Dr. Coulson-Brown has a history of working with all age groups from birth to old-age. Other areas of practice include Marital Therapy, Personality Disorders as well as Depression, Anxiety, and Adjustment Disorders. Dr. Coulson-Brown has clinical interests working with “parenting with depression”, women’s issues, as well as conducting psychological evaluations for a variety of clinical purposes. Personally, Dr. Coulson-Brown is an avid soccer fan, enjoys large running events, and is passionate about encouraging clients, family, and friends to pursue their version of success. |

Dr. Lemmon earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College. She received her first Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University and a second Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) where she also received her Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology. She completed her predoctoral internship at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation. Dr. Lemmon has experience working in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric, adolescent residential, and outpatient psychotherapy. She has training in cognitive-behavior therapy and emotionally focused therapy, both of which are empirically supported treatments for a variety of problems. Dr. Lemmon believes that life is often stressful, and that having someone to “walk along side” during these stressful times is an important part of getting better. Personally, Dr. Lemmon enjoys training her Shetland Sheepdogs, playing the violin, biking, reading, and mentoring students at Messiah University where she teaches psychology and counseling. |

She remained at Messiah University to receive a Master’s of Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree. Alissa has experience with all age groups and in a variety of settings, ranging from inpatient psychiatric hospital, to partial hospitalization programming, to outpatient settings. Alissa has interests in a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Systems Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. Alissa deeply enjoys walking alongside her clients as they navigate life. She has passion for teaching new skills, and helping her clients gain insights and self-awareness. Alissa enjoys working with children, teens, young adults, and families. Personally, Alissa has been a Central Pennsylvanian her entire life. Sarah was raised in northern Virginia and has made Pennsylvania her home with her husband for the past several years. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Science with a pre-counseling minor from Messiah College. She remained at Messiah University to earn her Master's degree in Counseling; Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy. Sarah has experience working in various therapeutic settings and has honed a therapeutic approach founded in structural family therapy, with a heavy cognitive-behavioral approach and a Gestalt therapy lens. She frequently uses narrative therapy as well, particularly while working with trauma and anxiety. She also provides psychoeducation, has experience working with individuals in the foster care system, and has interest in working with family dynamics involving adoption. Sarah is passionate about being present with and walking alongside others and finds it an honor and blessing to be a part of the healing process for individuals and families. She will work diligently to meet each client where they are at. Sarah enjoys working with family systems, as well as athletes with performance anxiety and individuals who are healing from relational trauma. She works with individuals and families to connect and reconnect with one another in new, insightful, refreshing ways. Seeing individuals and families regain trust for themselves and one another is a beautiful dynamic to be a part of and witness. Sarah is also effective in helping clients work through challenging relational trials, and providing tools for clients to utilize and help achieve their therapeutic goals. Outside of the therapeutic environment, Sarah finds joy in spending quality time and having deep conversations with friends at any and all local coffee shops. She also enjoys hiking, running, biking, and playing soccer regularly. She loves being active, watching psychologically thrilling movies and shows, and spending quality time with her husband in her spare time. |
